Note
|
Recollections from my father, Choy Shiu Kong: after Quong Tart's daughter and son died and his first wife did not produce an heir, he took a second wife. He had a daughter and a son from this wife. This son was in China when Quong Tart died. Choy Kam Wing made several representations for this son to be allowed to visit Australia to see his father's grave. He was eventually allowed to visit temporarily. He was visitng at the time of the Tiannamin Square massacre and was allowed to stay. He brought his family our after this time. Currently (2013) living at Blacktown. |
