county was renamed to Zhongshan in 1925. From Ellen Que Woo's Hndwritten birth cert that we believe Sam wrote, he is from (from) Jungsaan/Zhongshan (county) Shek Kei (town) Zoeng Sang Seoi Cyun (village)

Kevin Wong Hoy noted an immigration date of 1880 although no Sources were cited. Subsequently, an "Alien Registration Form" gives an entry date of 1878.
